Nicola Martis is an educator with over 25 years of experience spanning teaching, curriculum design, and school leadership. Starting her journey as a special-education teacher and later serving as a Principal and Director of Education, she founded Aim High Consulting and Tutoring Services during the pandemic to help students with diverse learning needs thrive in online environments.
She specializes in developing AI-integrated curriculum for ministry-inspected schools and providing teacher training in literacy, numeracy, and inclusive instruction. Nicola also mentors educators in launching innovative schools rooted in student-centered learning.
Currently pursuing her dual Master’s and PhD in Education with a focus on AI and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Nicola remains a lifelong learner dedicated to her mission — No Child Left Behind.
