These Terms govern your use of Aim High’s website, courses, tutoring and consulting services. By using our services or purchasing courses, you accept these Terms.
We offer live tutoring, pre-recorded downloadable courses, and consulting for education bodies, private schools, and tutoring organisations. Course pages list descriptions, deliverables, schedules, and fees.
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. Users under the age of majority must use services with parental consent. Children under 13 require parental enrollment.
Purchasing grants a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal or organizational learning. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly display content without permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in account termination.
Do not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend accounts for policy violations.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by Aim High or licensors. Respect all rights and seek permission for reuse.
We use third-party vendors (Stripe, Microsoft Teams, Google Analytics, Resend). These services have their own terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for vendor policies; using our services implies acceptance of any vendor terms necessary to use those features.
Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aim High’s liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify Aim High from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, illegal activity, or nonpayment. You may close your account; certain records are retained for legal or tax reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes are subject to the Ontario courts. We encourage contacting us to resolve issues first.
We may update Terms; material changes will be posted with an effective date. Continued use means acceptance.
