Aim High Consulting respects your privacy and hence his policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and your rights under Canadian law (including PIPEDA) and Ontario regulations.

2. What do we collect?

  • Information you give us: Name, email, phone number, address, school/organization, messages, uploaded assignments, guardian contact details, and billing/payment information for purchases.
  • Automatically collected data: IP address, device and browser info, pages viewed, session times, referrer URLs, and cookies/analytics.
  • Student or child’s data: When a parent enrolls a child, we collect necessary details to deliver services, with parental consent.
  • Payment data: Payment token or limited payment details are held by Stripe; we retain transaction records for accounting.

3. How do we use your data?

 We use personal data to:

  • Deliver courses, tutoring, downloads, and consulting services.
  • Process payments, refunds, and invoices; keep tax records.
  • Communicate about bookings, schedules, course updates, progress reports, and support.
  • Improve our services and website using analytics.
  • Send marketing messages (only with consent).
  • Protect our services from fraud and abuse and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis & consent

We rely on: contract performance (to provide paid services), consent (for marketing and some cookies), and legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention). For marketing emails, we require opt-in consent, which you may unsubscribe from anytime.

5. Sharing & third parties

 We share data with:

  • Payment processors: Stripe to handle payments. They process card details and billing data under their terms.
  • Class & video providers: Microsoft Teams for live sessions; They may collect attendance and usage metadata.
  • Email platform: Resend for sending emails and newsletters.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics for anonymous usage data.
  • Professional services: Accountants, legal advisers, or auditors as needed.
  • Legal requests: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.


All third parties must comply with data protection and process data only as directed.

6. International transfers

Some partners may process data outside Canada (e.g., US-based vendors). We use contractual safeguards and privacy measures to protect data. By using our services, you consent to such transfers.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for its purpose:

  • Account & profile: while the account is active.
  • Transaction records: typically 7 years for tax/accounting compliance.
  • Analytics: up to 24 months, then anonymized.
  • Backups/logs: up to 90 days (typical).
    If you request deletion, we will delete data where the law allows, while preserving records required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures (access controls, encryption in transit, secure server hosting) to protect data. Payment card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors. No system is perfectly secure and you can report suspected breaches to admin@ahcts.ca immediately.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data; withdraw consent for marketing; or object to processing. Email admin@ahcts.ca to exercise rights. You may also file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents/guardians control their child’s account. Contact us to manage a child’s data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; significant changes will be posted with a new effective date and, if appropriate, notified by email.
